Leonhardt Scholars Program

In 2003, the Leonhardt Scholars Program was established by a Foundation donor with a passion for education.

Each year, the Fund provides four-year scholarships to students at traditional and alternative high schools in Bridgeport, Danbury, Norwalk and Stamford. To find out if your high school is eligible, click on your town.

Since its inception, the Leonhardt Scholars Program has grown to be the county's largest scholarship program. Last year, the Program awarded over $240,000 to Fairfield County students.

To obtain an application, please check with the guidance counselor at your high school. If you have further questions, please contact Jeanette Allam, Grants Assistant, at 203.834.9393.
