The Fairfield County Community Foundation's Center for Nonprofit Excellence offers a wide range of workshops to improve organizational effectiveness and impact. During the current economic downturn, the primary focus of the workshops will address measures nonprofit organizations can take to survive and continue services while facing stable or decreasing funding and greater need.
