The Fairfield County Community Foundation is currently accepting applications for the following three open positions.

Vice President of Development & Marketing 

The Fairfield County Community Foundation is seeking a Vice President of Development and Marketing to play a lead role in transforming the Foundation to achieve its potential. Working with the CEO, Board and senior staff, the vice president will enable the Foundation to realize the promise of greater impact by successfully tackling challenges, deepening donor relationships, growing Foundation assets and engaging donors for community impact giving.

Director of Human Resources and Administration

The Director of Human Resources and Administration develops and administers human resources to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees who are focused on achieving the organization’s goals. The Director also oversees all office operations including computer systems, equipment and supplies, facilities management, and regulatory compliance. The position is supported by the Receptionist/Office Administrator.

Fund for Women and Girls Program and Development Associate

The Program and Development Associate has multi-faceted responsibilities that cover donor relations, fundraising, grant making, event management, communications and project coordination. The Associate will work closely with key departments including Development and Philanthropic Services, Program, Communications and Finance.

Finance Associate

The Finance Associate is responsible for general accounting, payroll, time and benefits recording, investment reconciliations, nonprofit audit and tax reporting, and other financial data and reporting.

Donor Services Associate

The Donor Services Associate manages incoming gift administration, provides quality donor services to our donors and fundholders, and maintains the donor relationship management (DRM) program. The Donor Services Associate also creates and maintains data base records and serves as a key resource for report generation for the Foundation.
