Workshop Registration

Thank you for registering for a workshop hosted by the Fairfield County
Community Foundation's Center for Nonprofit Excellence.
Please fill out all the fields below and be sure to include the cost
of the program listed in the description you received via email.
Your check for the total cost (if applicable) should be made out to
"Fairfield County Community Foundation" and mailed to the address below:

Please print a copy of your receipt - which will be emailed to you when
you click the "Submit" button - and include it with your payment (if applicable.)

The Fairfield County Community Foundation will issue registration fee
refunds only if registrants notify FCCF 2 days prior to the workshop.
If registrants do not attend the workshop, fees will not be refunded.
